What you need:

Traditional oats: I buy my oats in bulk from Azure Standard. If you have celiacs make sure you buy the certified gluten free oats.

Honey: I buy honey in 12 pound jars from Azure Standard. They have the best price and it is the best tasting honey.

glass 9×13 baking dish: I am using a glass baking dish for this recipe. If you have a pan that is made of a different material, you may need to adjust the baking times.

Let’s make gluten free banana baked oatmeal.

First, start by mashing three very ripe medium sized bananas in a large mixing bowl.

Mash them until they look like the consistency of baby food or a banana puree.

Next, Add the eggs, vanilla, honey, oil, salt, baking powder along with cinnamon, oats, and milk.

After stirring until well combined, pour the batter into a parchment paper lined 9×13 pan.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until set. Allow the baked oatmeal to completely cool in the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy!
